Shipping Policy

LEKUVIA is operated by ARDENO HOME INC. Our primary sales market is the United States.

US Orders
Orders shipped within the United States are fulfilled from our US warehouse when the delivery address is not classified as a remote area and inventory is available at the US warehouse. Shipping rates are calculated based on the customer address, postal code, parcel size, and product weight.

Remote US Areas
Remote areas, islands, military addresses, and special service zones may require an address-based shipping quote. Additional remote-area surcharges may apply. If the checkout shipping rate is not available or requires confirmation, we will contact the customer before fulfillment.

International Orders
Orders outside the United States are fulfilled from our Thailand warehouse. Shipping costs are quoted by destination address. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery time and shipping cost may vary by destination, carrier availability, product size, and remote-area status. Final shipping options and charges are shown at checkout or confirmed by customer service before shipment.
