Return and Refund Policy

LEKUVIA is operated by ARDENO HOME INC. We want customers to be satisfied with their order. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Return requests should be made within 30 days after delivery. Items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging when possible. Because many LEKUVIA products are wooden decor pieces, natural wood grain, color variation, and small texture differences are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once a returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless required by law.

Final sale, customized, used, or damaged-by-customer items may not be eligible for return. This policy does not limit any consumer rights that may apply under local law.
